We can give exact estimates based on the design and specifications to help our clients with financing and feasibility concerns before securing professional architects and engineers.
Value Engineering and Budget Control- We evaluate construction materials and methods to determine what works best for the intended use. We stay informed of new materials available for our areas and will incorporate them as needed to achieve our goals. We work closely with the architects and engineers to ensure the final design stays within our budget.
Project management- We offer the very best in project management and project control. Every project has a superintendent and project manager assigned who work with the suppliers, subcontractors, government officials and clients to keep the jobs moving forward. They are supported by an experienced office staff that keeps the information moving to all team members including our clients.
